Our Quarter Beef share is the ideal choice for smaller households or first-time buyers. You’ll get a balanced mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef — all from our pasture-raised Texas cattle. Each cut is custom-butchered, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen for peak flavor.

Expect a variety of family favorites — ribeyes, sirloins, chuck roasts, brisket, short ribs, and plenty of ground beef for everyday cooking.

Approximately 100-125 pounds that includes: 

• 25–30lbs Steaks & Premium Cuts
• 25–30lbs Roasts, Ribs & Specialty Cuts
• 45–55 lbs Ground Beef

Roughly 3 to 4 cubic feet of freezer space is needed.
