Our Half Beef share gives you the best value for your dollar — full control over your custom cut list and enough variety to satisfy everyone at the table. Your half includes a full selection from both the front and hind quarters — steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, ground beef, and specialty cuts — all from one animal, raised right here in Texas.
Approximately 200-250 pounds that includes:
- 50–60 lbs Steaks & Premium Cuts
- 50–60 lbs Roasts, Ribs & Brisket
- 100–120 lbs Ground Beef
Roughly 6 to 8 cubic feet of freezer space is needed.
