All cuts are processed to your specifications — you choose your steak thickness, grind ratio, roast sizes, and more. Every pound comes from one pasture-raised steer, born and finished under the Texas sun.

Approximately 400–500 pounds that includes: 

• 100–120 lbs Steaks & Premium Cuts
• 100–120 lbs Roasts, Ribs, Brisket & Specialty Cuts
• 180–220 lbs Ground Beef

Roughly 12 to 16 cubic feet of freezer space is needed.
